Looking for pilot partners

Delayed deliveries need follow-through.

We’re building an AI agent to help support teams investigate delayed orders, prepare next steps, and follow up. Help shape our first pilot.

Early-stage product. Let’s shape a focused pilot together.

A delivery that needs attention

Synthetic scenario · Delayed shipment

  1. Gather the evidence

The expected delivery date has passed.
    Tracking has no newer scan.

  2. Suggest a next step

Request a carrier update. Prepare a customer reply without promising a new delivery date.

  3. Human review required

A support person checks the evidence and decides what to send.

  4. Keep the follow-up clear

Agree on an owner and a checkpoint if no update arrives.

Your team keeps the final say.

For e-commerce brands & customer support teams

Starting with delayed shipments. Designed around human review.

The reply is only part of the job.

A delayed delivery creates work across order details, tracking pages and conversations. We’re starting with the follow-through between them.

The tracking has gone quiet.

The delivery date has passed, but your team still has to piece together what happened and what to do next.

The customer is asking again.

A reply went out. The underlying issue is still open, and the next person has to read the whole thread.

The follow-up falls between teams.

Someone is waiting on the carrier. Someone else owns the inbox. The next checkpoint is easy to miss.

One case.
A clear next step.

This is the workflow we’re designing for the pilot. AI prepares the work; your team reviews the decisions.

  1. Bring the context together

Review the order, available tracking and customer conversation in one case, using sources agreed for the pilot.

  2. Prepare a next step

Suggest an action and draft a reply grounded in the evidence. Keep missing information visible.

  3. Put a person in control

Your team reviews the suggestion before a message is sent or a decision is made.

  4. Keep the case moving

Set an owner and a follow-up checkpoint so an unanswered carrier request does not become a forgotten case.

Start with one problem.
Keep the boundaries clear.

A useful pilot begins with a manageable workflow. Delayed shipments are our starting point.

What we want to explore

  • Orders that have passed their expected delivery date
  • Tracking and conversation evidence in one case
  • Suggested replies and carrier follow-up steps
  • Clear ownership and the next checkpoint

What stays with your team

  • Approval before sending a customer message
  • Refund, replacement and compensation decisions
  • Deciding what data the pilot can access
  • Escalation when the evidence is incomplete

We’ll agree on integrations, access and timing together. No live integrations are available through this website.

A small team,
close to the problem.

We’re a 10-person team building Tian Aftercare. We want to work directly with support teams to understand the cases that take the most follow-up, then shape a focused pilot around that work.

Before we talk.

A few things to know about Tian Aftercare and our first pilot.

Can we use Tian Aftercare today?

Tian Aftercare is at an early stage. We’re talking with potential pilot partners, not offering a self-service product. We’ll discuss scope and timing before making any commitment.

Which cases are you starting with?

Delayed shipments, especially when a promised delivery date has passed or tracking has stopped updating. Other post-sales cases may come later; they are not part of the initial focus.

Will the agent send messages or issue refunds on its own?

The proposed pilot includes human review before customer messages are sent. Refunds, replacements and compensation stay with your team. We will agree on the exact approval steps before any pilot begins.

Does it connect to our existing tools?

We have not announced supported integrations. Tell us which order, shipping and support tools you use so we can assess what a pilot would require.

What should we include in the first email?

Your company or store, your role and a short description of how you handle delayed deliveries. Please do not send customer names, order records, credentials or other sensitive information.

Let’s start with the cases that keep coming back.

Tell us how your team handles delayed deliveries today. We’ll discuss whether a focused pilot makes sense for you.
